I am currently busy with my BCom Business Management via The Da Vinci Institute - final year.
Each student has been tasked to conduct research on a particular challenge or problem within their business unit or FNB at large.
The purpose of the research is to try and understand the risks involving Key Person Dependencies (KPD), and the impact they (the Key Persons) have when they leave.
What is a Key-person you may ask? • A person with a special proven skill and tacit critical knowledge behind that skill, in a particular domain or business area; • They have been in their job for a long period and have delivered individual superior performance within their department or business line; • They also know exactly where to find useful information and can identify the best methods & tools in any circumstances.
The survey should only take about 6 minutes, and your responses are completely anonymous.
You can only take the survey once, but you can edit your responses until the survey close on April 18, 2022.
