We are so excited to be having a AFHG retreat for the first time ever! The retreat is from July 26th- 28th at W 7th street, Sheridan IN(VRBO which holds 30 people comfortably) where AFHG will be providing transportation in rented 12-passenger vans which leasership team parents will be driving. Get ready for nights of worship, great messages by Megan Hinders, seperate rooms for prayer space, meals cooked by chaperones and leadership team, visit to a waterpark, visit to a local church, 9 square, spikeball, glow in the dark dance party, picnic, prayer boards, volleyball, painting, cornhole, bracelet making, prayer boards, and more! The cost of camp is $75, and again this includes transportation, a comfortable house to stay in, food, activites, speaker, and t-shirts. We hosted a parent meeting on June 19th from 5-6 pm and we explained all the details of camp such as location, safety precautions, the VRBO, liability, our mission, and our chaperones and speaker! This form is to confirm you are dedicated to going to camp, and we have a seperate Venmo QR code to pay with, which is on the instagram, powerpoint, and the group me. Please put your camper's name in the memo on the Venmo, and if you've already paid- don't pay again!If you don't use Venmo, find one of AFHG's leadership team people and give them cash for the camp:)
