لقد تمت دعوتكم ومقابلتكم للمشاركة في هذه الدراسة من خلال تعبئة استبانة البحث المعنون "نحو فهم نظرة المجتمع للكلاب في الأردن". هذه الدراسة تتم من خلال فريق عمل مختص من شركة اليرموك لرعاية الحيوانات الأليفة بالتعاون مع أساتذة جامعة مختصين من جامعتي العلوم والتكنولوجيا وجامعة …. الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو جمع المعلومات حول الموقف السلوكي للمجتمع تجاه الكلاب, سواء المقتناة أو الضالة. هذه الاستبانة تستغرق وقت من 5 الى 10 دقائق لإكمالها. استجابتكم للمشاركة هي طوعية خالصة ولكم الخيار في الانسحاب من إكمال عملية المشاركة في الاجابة على الاسئلة عند أي نقطة دون الحاجة لابداء الاسباب. لا عليك أن تجيب على أي سؤال إذا لم ترغب بالاجابة عليه.
الخصوصية محفوظة بخصوص مشاركتكم في هذه الاستبانة وسوف تنشر فقط النتائج النهائية للدراسة دون ذكر الأشخاص. وسوف نكون حريصين جدا على خصوصية المشارك وأن تبقى البيانات والمعلومات مجهولة المصدر.
