uPHONGOLO MUNICIPALITY

 

uPhongolo Municipality is embarking on a customer survey to understand its customers better, to understand their perceptions about the Municipality and the services provided by the Municipality in order to understand the areas that the Municipality has to improve on and those which it is doing well on.

The Municipality currently provide the following services and therefore the questionnaire is structured to get and understand of customer perceptions.

  • Electricity Supply

  • Residential Streets, Roads, Sidewalks and Pavements

  • Storm water

  • Housing

  • Building plans and land use applications

  • Refuse removal

  • Municipal parks and playgrounds

  • Municipal Sports fields and Stadiums

  • Fire Services

  • Disaster Management

  • Traffic Services

  • Environmental Protection

  • Community Halls

  • Thusong Centre

  • Libraries

  • Local Economic Development

  • Tourism

  • Community Participation

  • Cemeteries

  • Billing and Collection

QUESTIONNAIRE:

The information provided in this questionnaire will be utilised only to understand the Municipality’s performance and how the communities of the uPhongolo Municipality area perceive the staff and services offered by the Municipality. Respondents will be by no way be victimised due to the feedback provided.
