You are being kindly asked to participate in a survey that will assist in a validation exercise being conducted by Training Development Officers Basic Qualifying Course (TDO BQC) 1802. The benefits of this research will be recommendations to improve the Technical Training capabilities in relation to the Basic Construction Course of the TTI. The survey consists of fourteen (14) questions to which responses for each question will be greatly appreciated.

ETHICAL CONSIDERATIONS
The ethical considerations for the answers given during the survey will be as follows:
Confidentiality and anonymity- The survey will be conducted individually while anonymity of participants will be maintained. The identity of participants will not be revealed at anytime to anyone.
Participation in this survey is voluntary. You can choose whether to participate or not. If you volunteer to participate in this study, you may withdraw at any time without any consequences. You may also refuse to answer any questions you don’t want to answer and still remain in the study.
The information received will only be used for the purpose of this survey. The information will be treated and stored at the confidentiality level and the information will be destroyed after the submission to the appropriate authority.
There will be no adverse career implications from participating in this survey.
