The aim of this survey is to evaluate the traditional member’s onboarding process of Dundalk credit union, the effect of this on customer experience, growth level and operational costs.
In addition, this survey will analyze the impacts of digital automation process of member onboarding in other Fintech. From this, recommendations for improving existing onboarding process will be formulated.
