Enlisted AGR Career Mangement Process

As Senior Non-Commissioned Officers we want to provide Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) enlisted AGRs a

career management program that effectively prepares personnel for follow on assignments, establishes leadership and

individual requirements, creates movement criteria and timelines that enhance opportunity and individual capability, and

provides leaders at all levels the ability to forecast moves that benefits the individual and organization through a fair and

equitable process based solely on individual performance and potential. By taking this survey will help us measure the

force on the their knowledge of the enlisted career management process so we can provide a way ahead to develop

processes to effectivity manage enlisted careers.
