We are exploring the possibility of opening a new Scooter’s Coffee location near the intersection of Foster Avenue and Kedzie Avenue in the North Park neighborhood of Chicago. You have been invited to participate because you are a student, resident, or visitor within the North Park community.
The purpose of this survey is to better understand community interest, purchasing behavior, and preferences related to coffee and beverage options. Your responses will help determine potential demand and guide future business decisions.
• Your participation is voluntary.
• This survey is completely anonymous. We will not collect your name, email address, student ID, or any personal identifiers.
• Your responses will be reported only in aggregate form.
• The survey contains approximately 24–28 questions and should take about 5–7 minutes to complete.
• As a thank you, respondents may opt into a drawing for one of five $20 coffee gift cards (optional entry via separate link not connected to responses).
